What is your return or replacement policy?
If you receive a product that doesn’t meet specifications or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement at no charge. Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns once the seal has been broken.
